In 2024, given the conditions of the salt industry in Mexico, the liquidation and subsequent exit of Mitsubishi, ValjimCo., as a Mexican company, seeks a strategics alliance with Exportadora de Sal SA de CV (ESSA), a global leader in salt supply. Thanks to the agreement promoted by the Federal Government throught the ministery of economy, this has been fundamental for mexican companies to begin establishing a presence in the sector.
